Whether you are entertaining eight of your best clients, or planning a large outing, I would like to personally invite you to hold your event here at The Meadows Golf Club.
Currently we are scheduling group outings for the 2009 Golf Season and we would be happy to help you select a date for your golf outing.
The information within this section of our website will hopefully answer many of your questions; but for additional information and/or reservations, please feel free to complete the form below and your information will be sent directly to my email address. Golf outings may be scheduled Monday through Friday. Special events on Saturday or Sunday may be approved under a separate pricing structure and arranged through The Meadows Golf Club management. Available Options:
• "Shotgun" Start Event
• Food & Beverage Service
At least five days prior to the event:
1) A final list of participants submitted to the golf professional
2) Price amounts and arrangements must be finalized with the golf professional.
3) All participants are made aware of the following policies:
a) time of arrival for all participants
b) dress code: clothing that is acceptable and proper for a golf course
c) adherence to proper golf etiquette
d) any individual financial payments that are expected
